Active Energy is a wholesale natural gas supplier, which has been doing business in Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec and Saskatchewan since 2005. 2012 will be an exciting year for Active as we are expanding into other markets.
In the east, Active deals with larger clients like hospitals, school boards, and large retail chains. We pride ourselves on being professional, up-front, and competitive. We provide a level of service and customization that sets us apart from our competition. We aim to extend these characteristics which have contributed to our success in the wholesale market to new business opportunities both with smaller commercial and residential clients.
Active Energy markets gas to residential and commercial customers in Ontario. We are different from Enbridge, Union and the City of Kitchener (your Ontario gas utilities), because when you sign up with Active, your rates won’t change from month to month, the cost of your gas will stay the same for the length of your contract. You’ll still receive your bill from the utility like always and you’ll pay in the usual way, all that has changed is you’ve locked in your price, which is a comforting thought in today’s volatile energy market.
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct for Energy Marketers are the rules of the game for marketers selling energy in Ontario. There are no exceptions, every marketer must follow these rules.
All of Active’s sales agents and consultants are trained to follow this Code of Conduct strictly, and in many areas we exceed its requirements. You can download the Code of Conduct from this site by clicking the link above, or you can request a copy from any of Active’s sales agents or consultants, they will always have a copy for you.
